2.)    SWR accepts Visa & Master Card for guests who wish the convenience of paying with
their credit card.

3.)    SWR accepts all forms of payment from those who do not wish to use a credit card to
pay for their vacation rental.

4.)    SWR offers two different Payment Plans…50/50 is interest FREE and monthly
FlexPay makes it easier for young families to vacation at your Property. Vacations are
Paid-In-Full 30 days prior to check-in date.

5.)    All Vacation Rentals are Contract Secured for both, the owner and the guest

6.)    SWR may collect a Refundable Security Deposit

 

After the Stay

 

1.) In behalf of the owner, SWR sends a “Thank You” to your guest and
